We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
